Disney World vegan, gluten-free, allergy-free, wheelchair style

In February of this year, Mom and I travelled to Disney World. It was amazing! After years of begging Mom to go with me, I finally signed up for the Disney Princess Half Marathon and said, “well, now I am going… whether you come or not!”

It didn’t take long to convince her, and once we got into the planning process, she got really excited (and rightly so!).

Travelling with Mom to Disney meant taking a wheelchair, which was totally fine. Mom is also on a special diet for her Multiple Sclerosis. She follows the MS Recovery Diet, and doesn’t eat gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, legumes, among other things.

I’m a celiac and a vegan, so that was a little more to add to the mix.

I finally updated and almost finished my page on being safe in Walt Disney World (I’m going to add more links and pictures once I have some more time).

Please check it out, send me questions if you have any, and hopefully this will help with trip planning! I’ll also add more once we plan our next trip. That’s right – we’re heading back again in February and we’re booked and ready to go!
